James Garceau is Corporate Counsel for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. In this role, James is responsible for providing pragmatic and strategic legal advice to the business.
James also serves as Kodak Alaris’s Data Protection Officer, ensuring that adequate protections are afforded to the processing of personal data, and that the company’s practices comply with applicable global privacy laws.
James earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, his bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from Canisius College and is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar.
James is a native of Upstate New York, and currently resides in the Greater Rochester area. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
