Advanced Imaging Technology Perfect Page Technology provides state-of-the-art capabilities for image enrichment with 30+ enhancements. • Edit or enhance images automatically before saving the image into your workflows. • Enhance images to match your application’s requirements, with features like deskew, auto cropping, auto-orientation, and auto brightness just to name a few. • iThresholding, our adaptive threshold processing, makes letters stand out on shaded or color backgrounds. We will drop out the color and sharpen the image by increasing the contrast making the image appear crisper. We reduce the ‘noise’ in the background that can be caused by dust or low-quality paper. • Sharper images due to our Perfect Page Technology make additional processing functions, such as optical character recognition (OCR), more accurate. Better images lead to better data.

Editable Destinations Including Cloud Application Scroll through up to 9 job setups ( Up to 20 on the S2000 Scanner Series) Scans can be routed to several popular cloud repositories including Box, Evernote, Google Drive, and SharePoint Online. To set up a cloud destination, users simply enter their username and password through the scan utility. Login information can be saved for future use, so users don’t have to enter the credentials every time they need to route scans to the cloud. Send to common office applications like email, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft SharePoint, Nuance PaperPort, Nuance OmniPage, or other third-party applications.

Choose File Type Functions By default, Smart Touch comes with nine preconfigured shortcuts for commonly used settings: Color PDF, Black and White PDF, Black and White RTF, Color JPEG, Black and White Single-page TIFF, Black and White Multi-page TIFF, E-mail Black and White PDF, Custom Color PDF, and Custom Color Files. However, users can tailor these job shortcuts as needed to streamline and standardize frequently recurring scanning chores. Save as TIFF, JPEG, BMP, PDF, sPDF, PNG, Word and other popular formats. Create image-only and searchable PDF files.
